Meet Jessica M. Ally
Jessica M. Ally is a Minnesota native who obtained her Bachelor of Science in the area of Business Administration from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. She then attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
During her time in law school, Jessica assumed an advocacy role while participating in a Federal Commutations Clinic where she represented clients seeking presidential pardons and commutations of federal sentences. Jessica continued advocacy work by volunteering. She participated in the COVID medical release program for Minnesota state prisons where she assisted inmates seeking early release for medical purposes during the COVID pandemic. Jessica also provided legal education to participants of protest demonstrations in Minneapolis.
While attending law school, Jessica worked as a law clerk at a boutique law firm in downtown Minneapolis, with a practice focus on personal injury, products liability, construction defects, and general insurance defense litigation.
After graduating from law school, Jessica accepted a position as Assistant Public Defender in the 1st Judicial District of Minnesota. In this role Jessica represented juvenile and adult defendants on criminal matters.
During her free time, Jessica enjoys watching combat sports such as MMA and Boxing. She also enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband Syd.
Jessica’s practice is focused on personal injury and wrongful death matters and she is based in Florin|Roebig’s Minneapolis, MN office.
