A $1.9 million settlement has been reached in a Minnesota case after a client suffered serious injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident in Cass County, Minnesota. Our client was a backseat passenger in a van, being driven by a medical transportation company, when the vehicle struck the car in front of it. After the impact, the driver lost control of the van and veered to the right, causing the van to roll onto its passenger side and skid to its final resting point (see photo). After the accident, fire EMT’s extricated our client from the vehicle due to the severity of his injuries.
