Meet Nathaniel J. Weimer
Nate practices in plaintiff personal injury, and represents clients with motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability, dog bites, wrongful death, and medical malpractice claims. He has been involved in civil litigation since 2016, and has first chaired several jury trials in Minnesota district court. He also helps clients pursue No Fault claims through settlement or arbitration.
Nate graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013, where he participated in the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, and the Intellectual Property Moot Court. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota as well as in the federal District of Minnesota and 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Before law school, Nate graduated from Truman State University with a degree in physics and a minor in political science.
The legal world can be a confusing and scary place for everyday people, many of whom have never seen the inside of a courtroom. It is filled with adverse actors that do not have the victim’s best interest at heart. Individuals who have suffered injury through no fault of their own need a guide—and an advocate—to help them navigate the legal system. Nate takes pride in helping clients enforce their rights and recover compensation from negligent parties, especially when those parties fight tooth and nail to avoid paying what they owe. He also enjoys getting to know clients and learning about their life, while guiding them through what can be a very difficult journey. Reaching a successful resolution on behalf of a client is the most rewarding professional experience an attorney can have.
Outside of work, Nate plays soccer and pickleball, teaches piano lessons, and sings with a barbershop chorus. He also enjoys exploring Loring Park, where he lives, and the rest of the beautiful twin cities.
