EXPERIENCE MATTERS
Since our founding in 1985, we have dedicated ourselves to the predominant purpose of protecting and fighting for our clients who have suffered personal injury and/or property losses caused by the corporate and/or individual negligence or other wrongful behavior of others.
To achieve that goal, our law practice proudly features experienced lawyers who are Board Certified (B.C.S.) as Civil Trial Lawyers by The National Board of Trial Advocacy (Wil Florin, and Tommy Roebig) and the Florida Bar (Wil Florin, Tommy Roebig, Shaun Cummings, and Taylor Roebig) as specialists in their fields. Two of our lawyers (Chad Florin and Parker Florin) have obtained advanced post doctorate specialty law degrees (LL.M) in Advocacy.
On March 4, 2025 our trial lawyers Wil Florin, Tommy Roebig, Shaun Cummings and John Hart obtained one of the Nation’s largest ever contested jury awards for a wrongful death case ( $200M ). The case had been earlier featured on the 2017 CBS News “48 Hours” episode titled “The Strange Life of Dr. Schwartz” and the October 31,2025 episode on NBC Dateline titled “The death of Dr. Schwartz”, which featured the trial of the case.
For three (3) of the past ten years (2014 and 2016 and 2025), Wil Florin and Tommy Roebig have obtained jury verdicts ranking within the Top 50 across the United States. Significantly, only a handful of Florida lawyers have accomplished these milestones.
The 2014 jury verdict ($47.4M) involved the sexual battery of a patron while visiting a nationally franchised day spa. The 2016 jury verdict ($42M) involved the unlawful serving of alcohol by a nationally franchised restaurant chain.
The lawyers at Florin|Roebig handle cases and lawsuits throughout the United States. We have offices located in Florida, Minnesota, Texas, and Colorado. We are incredibly proud of the results that we have obtained and look forward to sharing them with you.
