He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

David was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2017 and began clerking for the Honorable Jody L. Winters in the First Judicial District of Minnesota. While clerking for Judge Winters, David was able to work on nearly any type of case that could be heard in district court including, but not limited to, landlord/tenant disputes, family court matters, small claims, civil orders for protection, civil commitment, and criminal cases. After clerking, David returned to the First Judicial District Public Defenders office as an Assistant Public Defender.

Sarah Bartlett was born and raised in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. She obtained two Bachelor of Arts degrees, both in Sociology and in Anthropology, from the University of North Florida (UNF), where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a graduate of the Hicks Honors College. She then attended and earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law where she was awarded The Academic Excellence Merit-Based Scholarship.

Peter then earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2021. Peter was drawn toward Stetson by its emphasis on trial advocacy and now he is proud to call St. Petersburg home.

He and his wife chose to attend the University of Oregon School of Law and they moved to Minnesota shortly after graduating law school in 2018. Kevin spent most of his post-graduate career as a legal editor with Thomson Reuters before joining Florin Roebig in 2023.

Nollys attended Barry Law School, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in December 2015. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016. Upon his admittance to the Florida Bar, Nollys began working for Ossi & Najem P.A. He is an Of Counsel attorney for Florin Roebig.
