Taylor Roebig joined Florin Roebig, P.A. in 2017. She is a proud member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in all Florida State courts, as well as in federal courts in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. While based out of the firm’s main office in the Tampa Bay area, she represents clients all over the state.
Since joining Florin Roebig, Taylor has focused on representing individuals in a variety of civil litigation matters, with a dual focus on the areas of Employment Law and General Negligence. Taylor has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Labor and Employment law. Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar for competency and experience within an area of law, as well as for professionalism and ethics in practice.
Taylor was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida, and later moved to Orlando, Florida to pursue her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Taylor then received her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, where she graduated with honors. While at the Florida State University College of Law, Taylor had the honor of serving as Research Assistant to the esteemed Constitutional Law professor Nat S. Stern. Taylor also studied International Law in 2015 at the University of Oxford in England.
Taylor also has a background in the field of trial sciences. She gained valuable experience in this area working for nationally-renowned trial consultant and jury selection expert Harvey Moore, Ph. D. During her time at Harvey Moore & Associates, Taylor had the opportunity to assist Dr. Moore in utilizing scientific techniques to analyze jury selection and case theme issues for some of the Country’s most prominent trial attorneys.
Her 2018 $7.6 million jury verdict in a premises liability case has been ranked by Top Verdict as the largest amount for all 2018 Dangerous Condition jury verdicts in the State of Florida.
Taylor has been named in a number of publications, including the Tampa Bay Times and Legal Newsline. She was also profiled in the May 2023 issue of Tampa Style Magazine which highlights her work in workplace discrimination, multi-million dollar settlements, and successful trial verdicts for clients.
During her free time, Taylor enjoys exercise and spending time outdoors, as well as traveling and experiencing new foods and cultures. She also enjoys reading, meeting new people, and spending time with her family and friends.
