Florin|Roebig Attorneys Chase Florin and Shaun Cummings secured another jury trial win this past week.
After a two-day trial, a four-man and two-woman jury handed down a verdict in favor of our client, whose back was injured in a 2016 accident involving a tow truck company. In this trial to determine liability only, the Defendant denied wrongdoing and asserted that our client was at fault. After under 30 minutes of deliberation, the jury found the tow truck company 100% at fault.
